I'm glad my videos are helping you. Any of the space features can be used in any type of space. A private space is visible in the collection and has a request to join button. People join a private space either by being invited in or by requesting to join and being approved. A secret space is not visible to anyone except people who have already joined it. People join a secret space by being invited. Good question. I haven't tested to verify. As I understand it, viewing an embedded RUclips video in a network does count as a view on RUclips. I can see views of unlisted Vimeo videos that are embedded in my network in Vimeo analytics, so it looks like those views are being tracked.

There are a lot of moving pieces. I hope the platform starts to feel more cohesive to you. Each network is it's own entity - that's why you have a different account for each. It's now like Meta or X or other social media tools where all the accounts are part of one large umbrella. I personally like the separation. I also like being able to move easily from one network to another in the app. The profile and other images do change between devices. I recommend avoiding text or other images that don't change cropping well. The size requirements are posted. You do not have to have a space that everyone in the network belongs too. Is that what you are asking?

@@ChadlyCreativeConsulting I guess the question is: if I have multiple courses and no free space, what is the network called? Now I am using my free space as my "school lobby"" but if I don't have that, won't the name of the overall network just default to the name of one of the spaces? I would like to have it be a unique name.

@@gaiasophiaschoolofhealing I also answered in the other comment thread. The network name is not tied to the name of any of the spaces in the network. It is separate. The network name is set in the Admin settings (formerly known as Network settings).

It is all your choice - what plans to have, what spaces to include, and whether or not to have a "lobby". Before December 2022, a network had to have a lobby space. Now that is optional.

No. That's why I use Vimeo for things like paid courses and non public video.

You do not have to have a Zoom account to join a Zoom session. You do need to be able to hear sounds during the audio testing to be able to hear during a call. I hope you've figured out the issue there.

A custom thumbnail can be added to videos that are uploaded in a network. After the file uploads, looks for a + near the upper right corner. You can also set a custom thumbnail when embedding, in the embedding dialog.

In order to make recommendations for specific situations, I would need a bigger conversation than can be held in comments. If you do decide to charge, there are choices to consider - charging for access to the full network or to a particular space or bundle of spaces, and also collecting the fee through the Mighty Networks platform or through an external shopping cart. Any combination of this is doable with the platform. The mechanism to use is a Mighty Networks plan.

I opted for adding a paid plan. Once it is approved by Apple, I am going to announce it to all my members letting them know the daily emails are now going to be in the paid portion with the link. Good question. This video was created before a big shift in the Mighty Networks platform. There is no longer a home space in a Mighty Network. There doesn't need to be a space that all members of a network belong to - but there can be. The short answer is yes - there are ways to do this. There is not a built in feature to remove someone from a space, plan, or network after x weeks. But it could be done manually or an automation set up with Zapier. The details depend on the bigger picture of what you are doing.
